FOR SALE: Version 5 1999 WRX STI JDM Saloon (Modified)
Former keepers 2, imported to the UK in 2006 with documention of importation, first registered in August 1999, first registered in the uk in December 2006.
58,692 miles, 11 months MOT, 6 months TAX. Passed with 1 minor,- anti roll bar joint has minor play although was the same last year.
The car is Champagne silver and in very tidy condition with no rust on sills or arches and drives well to match, it does have the odd chip and mark as one would expect.
Recently underwent a full service carried out by myself, with new gearbox oil, engine oil (miller fully synthetic) spark plugs, HT leads and the cambelt was replaced 18 months ago by a subaru specialist.
Brake discs and pads were replaced all round about 18 months ago also.
Modifications are as follows:
17" Team Dynamics Pro 1.2 alloys with good tyres
Good Condition coil-over suspension set at a practical height and stiffness, Brand unknown.
STI Hatch TMIC
BLITZ Nurspec 3" Exhaust from cat back, De-cat included which i removed for MOT and selling vehicle. (not to everyones taste).
Forge Motorsport Dump Valve, (unintrusive volume)
K&N Panel replacement air filter.
Exceedy Heavy Duty Clutch and matching lightened Billet Flywheel.
ECUTEK engine map. 310 hp. (de-cat pipe installed)
As a result of a recreational track day, my car has had a replacement engine installed as its predocessor failed, which is from a 1999 JDM STI with 40,000 miles and regular services, and was fitted in July this year. Which i purchased though a fellow forum member.
The car is my daily drive so mileage will increase with time and has never let me down whatever the weather, and I am located just outside Yeovil Somerset.
