2.0 closed deck block (stroked to 2.1) the engine was built by cotton competition
EJ257 crank, Auris pistons, Brian Crower con rods
Standard STi v3 heads stripped down, inspected and rebuilt with new valve guides and a valve seat reface
STi head gasgets
Cosworth ultra high performance head studs
Cosworth sump baffle plate
Cosworth kevlar cam belt
Cosworth high performance case bolts
Cosworth 12mm oil pump
Cosworth timing belt guide
Kent adjustable vernier camshaft pulleys
The engine will come ready to drop in, you will just have to bolt your inlet and headers etc.
It is currently in the car and can be heard/driven until next week when it will be getting stripped.
The engine has done 4500 miles. 1000 of them were running in and another 1000 were at only 0.8 bar of boost.
It has done one competitive event in its existence which was Ten of the Best this year. The rest of the time it has just taken me to work and back.
£4000

Have you considered splitting it mate?
I had to do that with mine and sold all the parts. short block, heads, pump, timing belt kit etc. Ended up with the same amount of cash in the end.
Free bump.

I have had a few enquires about whether I want to split or not. It hadn't been for sale long so I was holding out to sell complete. I may now split if I can secure the short block sale.
