Would these (or your others) be a worthwhile upgrade for a v5/6 Turbo 2000? Car is on 122k so looking at getting some bits together in case it goes bang!

The v3 ones would be, they have the best cams out of all the classic heads and along with some work by engine tuner some light porting and polishing etc they would be a nice upgrade.
The v4 ones have good cams too, however they have hydraulic lifters so would be a bit more limited in scope.

To my knowledge v3 or v4 heads won't fit your v5/6 with out changing the inlet Manifold as they have different stud layout

As already mentioned, it's not a straightforward swap of v3 or v4 heads into a V5/6 car, as the inlet manifold won't fit.
V4 heads don't have hydraulic lifters - WRX has shim over bucket, and STi has shim under bucket. Only V1+2 heads use hydraulic lifters
