Hehe. Calm down, I'm only pulling your leg. I'm not going to buy your turbo. There was no indication that a deposit or payment had been sent before now and I've all too often been on the receiving end of empty purchase promises that don't end in a sale. That is all!
Enjoy the turbo buddy. You certainly got a bargain by the looks of it. If it shows minor cracks around the wastegate housing like most of the VF range suffer from I wouldn't worry. My VF48 has this and still makes great power! All the best.

And yes I have been turned over and blown out by buyers in the past but it's something I wouldn't do in this case, also thanks for the info no offence taken but I will remember we are 1-0 so keep an eye out ;-)

It's going on a 05 Black WRX SL wagon the up pipe has been done and lagged, sports cat fitted, rest of the system is Prodrive, I've sourced a 3 port solenoid, a set of flowed and tested blu injectors, blue panel filter, RCM fuel pump and that's about it atm, hoping to get it all bolted on then grab Duncan to map it not sure what power but hoping for around 325 330 (unless the clutch poos itself!)

Sounds like you're doing all the right bits to help it. I'd also consider STI tmic and scoop under tray to match. Once it's mapped you'll also want to upgrade to brembo brakes as the standard 4 pots (no matter how you upgrade other brake parts) just won't stop the car.
Sounds like a nice car.

Edit - just seen the end of your comment. My gearbox didn't have a good time, nor did my clutch!
So Exedy pink box and also 6speed STI box has since been fitted.
