This is an Infinity Q45 MAF with housing/tube & plug that I imported from the US last year and used for 6 months on my Type R. It is in perfect working order & was installed & removed by FB Tuning who is an Authorised Trader on here. (I bought this Maf on recommendation by FB Tuning) These are virtually indestructible & you do not then have to worry about changing the fragile Ver4/5/6 standard MAF's on Classics every year. The consequences of a faulty MAF on a Classic can be quite dire hence I went for this one. The airflow rates will change after fitting & so the airflow map will have to be tweeked. The Power FC has, IIRC 4 Airflow Options that you can choose & this works very well with one of them after tweeking the airflow map.
This would be ideal if you have just bought an Apexi Power FC ECU & are about to get it mapped or are about to get your Power FC remapped or tweeked. I bought this to go with my Power FC & it worked out cheaper than the alternative which was going mafless with a Simtek ECU! If you want it mapped with your Apexi, Rich @FB Tuning would be happy to do it.
Pic to follow. Please note: Apexi Power FC not included in sale only MAF!
Price now dropped from £70 to £65
£65 delivered or collection from Harrow, Middx at £65
Please PM me if interested.
