Personally i`d give Tein UK a call or e`mail Tell them what you`ve bought and they should be able to tell you the spring rates and either supply something softer or give you the dimensions of the springs so you can shop around.
You will need to know
1 Spring rates in lbs or K
2 Inside diam. of springs
3 free length of spring.
You should be able to purchase alternative springs for between £20-£30 each. Then if you aren`t sure how to change them ask again on here.

hope this helps better than selling them so cheap.
