I've a brand new rcm 3 bolt up pipe spare due to going rotated

3 bolt?..would this fit a P1 with the standard headers and vf28 turbo?

nope, your standard headers will be a 2 bolt. and tbh, you would not gain and prob lose bhp/lbft/spool with this one at your stange of mods
