Complete Tall Engine from STI V9 2.5
Hi All
A bit of history: I have just picked up a 2006 spec D in perfect condition and perfect working order, which you would expect having only covered 12,000miles.
The previous owner was a true enthusiast and has maintained this car to the highest possible standard regardless of cost.
I have only recently had a 2.1 forged engine built, by TFS Racing, which is still being run in. The plan is to transfer that engine into the Hawkeye and sell the 2.5 complete.
Only last month the 2.5 had a 6 year / 60000 mile service even though only 200 miles covered since the service in 2011. So belt and oil done as per service schedule.
The engine will be in the car for 2 weeks if anybody interested want to comefor a test drive.
Not really a lot to take pictures of but I have attached service log andengine bay images.
£2000

Engine being removed the week commencing Monday 3rd Sept, so test drives will have to be next week.
If I didnt have a newly built engine I would be happy to leave this car as it is, a really smooth ride with bags of go with a conservative 330bhp remap by JGM.

Still here and will now be in the car for approx 2 weeks. Having another set of avcs heads skimmed and refurbed to go onto my 2.1 block so now have one car without an engine. This will be running until the other engine is completely built and ready to drop in.
