??? i was told it was a sti engine!!!!
this isnt the first time this has happened!!!
im new to subarus, and this was what i was told, just cuz i dont know much about them he thinks he can take advantage!!!
im really pis**d off now!
kenc - how can i tell its not an sti engine? i will be addressing him asap!

Easiest way to know, 2.5 STI should have 2 crank case breathers, you have one.
Id put a guess on its a Legacy block.
It looks older than myself aswell.. 2.5 STI started late 2005 early 2006.. so really should be fresher looking
Just to add, your pricing is way off aswell... a real 2.5 Sti block wont make near your asking price, complete engines are not much more.

if its not an sti bottom end then it must of been a built engine
i asked my mate what i should put it up for and thats what he advised me.
al close sale thread untill i know exactly whats going on.
