Default safe adjustment?

HI all...i have buddy club coil overs on my classic 97 sti import.cut along story short i have been trying to find a good setting for ride height and ride quality obviously its a trade off for overall handling.
My question is what is a safe amount of strut bottom (thread) in a 100mm adjuster?
i am running 60mm thread in and 40mm thread out on the front so i have 60% of strut in the threads.
The rears are not a worry as they are 100% in threads.
I have lowered the scoob about 10mm overall which was exactly what i was looking for as i dint wanna slam it to the floor and the ride is awesome.only slightly stiffer than stock.

Before...

After..

What do you think?
