Suspension noises??
#1
Unsure whats wrong with the suspensin at the moment
If a do a right turn, i.e. a bit of right hand side lock I get a banging nise from the front lhs of the car. I dont get this at all if going in a straight line or full lock on left....
The noise is louder the more right hand lock I have
I've had up in the air and I cant see anything wrong at all... thought it migt have been a loose arb joint... but it is'nt.
So its probably the shocker.. but why would this only make a noise when turning in sharply
Any suggestions... no leaking oil, etc?

A couple of suggestions that I have discovered with some help...
1. badly fitted spring top mount / general damper assembly problem
2. worn lower ball joint on one side (my best guess)
3. could be a CV joint or wheel bearing.
Is it a constant banging noise, or just one bang then silence?

Constant banging while I'm turning say round a corner.. hear about a dozen bangs then it disappears as I straighten up. When I say bang, more of a knocking sound
Thanks
