Can anyone recommend settings for AVO coilovers on a 96 STi?

Try on the front, 7 turns from soft and 5 turns from soft for the rear. watchout for the understeer, so drive carefully for a while(!)What springs are you running? Mine are 350lbs/300lbs Fr/Rr, you should have the rear 80% of the front, a golden rule!
