Has anyone changed the rear drop links and anti roll bar? is it any easy job or does it require the car re aligned afterwards?
Thanks in advance

Thumbs up

I had mine done at Powerstation, and they did it AFTER the alignment, so it doesn't effect it.
It LOOKED easy to do, but the car was on a lift, and the technician was NOT laid on his back under it!!!:

I changed my rear drop links for Whiteline ones at the weekend.

Very easy job. Just jack up from under the rear diff until all load is taken of the ARB then grab yourself two 14mm spanners and undo the two nuts holding them in. Once taken off tap lightly on the end of the bolt and hey presto, old links come out

Getting the new ones in was a bit harder though. A little grease and a more tapping of hammers and in it went. Screw up all the new locknuts (17mm required this time) and job done!

Nezz.

Cannot help with the ARB itself as I did not change that.

It's okay to jack up the car (not fully) from under the rear diff? I'm buying the links too and I've been thinking of methods to lift the rear up...didn't want to try two jacks...

Can it be done by lifting one side at a time or is there still too much load on the bar???

Talking

I changed my rear ARB links two weeks ago, borrow a set of ramps from a friend.
Completed in about 1/2 hour.
Would not suggest using a jack / two jack method, don't fancy car fallng on top of me ! With ramps car is at same level - hence zero load on anti roll !
