Why not try some eibach springs from JW Racing.
They should firm up the ride quite a lot, lower the car about 35mm, and they don't damage ride quality too much.
Then maybe think about strut braces etc, and possibly powerflex uprated bushes, whiteline droplinks etc etc. it all depends how far you want to go.
I think Rich Wild has a cheapish complete Bilstein sport suspension setup in for sale at the moment.
hope this helps,
simon

On your MY, in this order:
1. Advanced Driving/Handling course ()
2. Proper Geometry setup
3. Bump Steer Mod
4. Eibachs
5. Anti-Lift Kit
6. Uprated rear ARB including droplinks, bushes
7. Uprated rear ARB mounts
All IMHO obviously but speak from personal experience (BTW, you can only get the Bump Steer Mod from Powerstation and one place in Scotland)
