4 wheel geometry settings on 95 wrx

got 2 new goodyear f1s on saturday. car pulled to the left after fitting. took them back and the guy swapped wheels and tyres over. if it was the tyres then it should have pulled to the right after swap over. it still pulled to the left.
went to get the 4 wheel geometry settings done. toe was adjusted to 0.00 for both, and car still drifted to the left, so they did the camber as well 0.18 rhs and 0.17 lhs. this has seemed to cure the drift to the left, but now i notice a small(read i can live with it) drift to the right.
my question is what would be the best setup bearing in mind my car has been lowered as well.
