Lowered STI7 HELP!
#1
Chaps I bought an STI7 Prodrive on Saturday (My first Scooby)
I was told by the Subaru dealer the car had been lowered and the exhaust changed, this had been done by the original supplying dealer.
The car is fantastic and looks cool I was just wondering if anyone can give me some information on the extras. The springs are Eibachs as the original ones were in the Eibachs box in the boot. The rear Anti-Roll bar has also been changed as I found one of those in the boot, it's now got a WhiteLine with nylon bushes, are these any good? With regards to the exhaust, there were three sections in the boot, rear box, a straight pipe and a large section which I think is the CAT, I cant see any make on the exhaust so far, how can I find out which one it is?
TIA
Nick

Check out the thread :lowering STI UK the eibachs on your car will not be the ones designed specifically for you car, as they have only just been released.
If your car still has the front cat in place it should be OK (But possibly without Subaru Warranty) if the front Cat in the downpipe has been replaced (ask the dealer) it may have boost control problems, I have recently seen spikes as high as 1.6 bar as my PPP had to be fitted piece-meal due to a faulty ECU.
