Any ideas for adjustable suspension (airbag, coilover, etc.) to raise the car 50-90mm?

I was looking at Bilstein PSS or PSS9, but so far have heard that they are only adjustable downwards instead of up.

why do you want to raise the car?

 

To get additional ground clearance when crossing streams, large rocks, mostly on 4wd roads.

Ideas? The suspension doesn't need to be capable of handling Baja-Mexico style racing, just slow creeping over obstacles.
