Can the mods leave here for a while please need a quick answer 
Is the P1 suspension strut significantly better than the struts from an Rb5, I am currently running some GAB gas adjustables that came on the car from Japan, they are knocking abit now and I want to replace them.
I have some struts from an RB5 and was thinking of using these and some eibach springs, I have been offered some p1 struts and wondered if it was worth going for the P1 struts. Will they make that much difference over the P1 items? Bear in mind I hardly drive the car hard, just spirited.

IMHO the p1 struts will be superior, they are AFAIK revalved sti stuts for the UK, unless the RB5 was fitted with Prodrive suspension then I think the struts are the same as on any UK turbo...
