Question

I've got a standard UK MY97 Turbo and am looking to give it that lowered look. Is it OK to just lower it on springs or do I need to change the shocks aswell. Also what are the best things to buy for the money.

Cheers...

you can just use the lowering springs... but eventually you will need and want to upgrade the struts as well...

i ran lowering springs on my GT for nearly 4 months before i could afford to upgrade the struts...

the ride was not too harsh.. or too bouncy... but it increased tenfold when i added the aftermarket struts.

Hey Subiegal,
long time no hear.
You should get your vid anyday now.

Mickle.
I've been running my MY98 with Eibach springs on standard shocks (that have now covered 85,000 miles! ) and the car still feels great.
Eibach Pro-kits are around £130.

Stef.

Will the Eibach springs actually lower the car by much?
