Question Identifying current suspension?

I have a MY95, its has prodrive stickers side and rear, its been lowered and has the prodrive supplied interia, the same as The Series McRae(with out the monograms).

Now the question I have is "How can identify the current suspension"?
Is it a standard setup with just lowering springs or could it be something else?

Is there any easy way to identify what has been fitted?

Do you have a good knowledge and can offer advise on what to look for or even live in/close too Watford Hertfordshire, and would be willing to have a look for me? (i would obviously come to you).

I only have one complaint on the current setup and that is it is very uncomfortable/abrupt over rough roads or the odd pot hole I dont manage to drive round i.e. feels like no damping.

I want to change this, but dont want to get ride of what I have until I know what it is.

Any help/ advise greatly appreciated.

Anthony
