Default eibach springs?

anyone got these on a classic? thinking about getting some and keeping the original wrx shocks but am a little bit worried as i did this to my last car,a saxo vts and it totally ruined it and it rattled so much i thought it was falling to bits......then again it was a french tin can
any info would be great

Put a set on mine with the standard shocks - car sits a bit lower and handles much better (especially with the ABP fast road geometry)
Used to have a VTS already had lowering springs fitted when I got it and that was as you described but I think thats what french cars tend to do - rattle

Ayde, How much lower did yours sit ?

Want to put some on MY00.
Seen quotes from 20-35mm.

Wink

Hi
I have eibachs on a MY00, the car does not look alot lower, but their is a definate difference in handling. I have just added KYB Adjustable shocks and sti top mounts as well. The springs are OK with the standard shocks, but the KYBs make it even better.
I have the prodrive settings for geometry which really makes the hole package spot on. Oh and powerflex drop links.
Hope this helps.

jerry555 - I would say about 20mm on an my99 so yours would be similar. Its not a really noticable drop but it just makes the car look a lot better than it did floating around before
