SUSPENSION GEOMETRY SETTINGS-
Hello, I am building up 95 sti-ra for rallying, i need to know what to set the geometry to as i have fitted +1" gravel springs and a whiteline castor kit. what should be the ideal camber and tracking settings for the front and the toe-in for the back?????

It depends on how you want it largely! Do you want it tail happy or understeery? Balanced nicely I presume. Its a bit of a lottery asking for advice from most rally prep places as they are professional outfits and obviously want to make money from the advice they give. It took us 12 months of trying this and that to get the settings to the optimum on my mates v6 STi. What suspension are you running? Surely the manufacturers could give a little advice.

I sprint and hillclimb my 97 RA, did pretty well last season and looked at the geometry settings for this season - lots depend on your driving style. I contacted the Guys at Whiteline as my car had lots of Whiteline bits on it. They suggested some settings which I recently tried out at a hillclimb in Wexford, I was suprised how well they worked. they certainly know their stuff, drop them an E-Mail and see what they say, as a Rally Scrutineer, most competitors keep their settings quiet- don't know why!!!
