Default Optimum tyre size for a classic on 17s?

New coilovers and a set of scoobysport MIMs fitted today, but they're currently shod with Pirelli P Zero's.

Every big moment I've ever had has been on Pirelli (not saying they're not a good tyre, just I don't like them much). so I'm going to change them- they're pretty well worn anyway.

Just thought I'd check the optimum tyres size before I go and buy new rubber. Current size is 215 45 17.

Thanks guys,
Simon

205/45/17 or 215/40/17 is the normal size. My RB5 came with 205/45/17's P-Zero's.
