Prodrive Lowering Springs STI 05
Hi, I'm thinking of getting some Prodrive lowering springs. How much will they lower my car by?
Also if I have them fitted by a subaru dealer do they set up the geometry or do I need to get a specialist to do this ie Powerstation in Tewkesbury?
Finally, where can I purchase these springs cheaper than a dealer.

I have them fitted on my 54plate STI that i bought yesterday, and i also looked at another car that had them fitted.
They are quite firm TBH over bumps, but they do make the stance of the car right imo.
I believe(and i am sure others will correct me if i am wrong)that they are Eibach springs,so you may be able to get them cheaper from a supplier of Eibach.

The Prodrive springs will lower your car by approx 20mm front, 10mm rear.
If you get a Subaru dealer to perform the geometry set-up then insist on a report to cross-check against the Prodrive documentation. When I had my springs fitted to my 05 STi, the Subaru dealer used another garage to adjust the geometry and these guys made a complete mess of it – twice. I was eventually forced to drive 60miles to a more capable Subaru dealer, but they fell short of providing me with a report! If Powerstation were nearer, they would definitely be on my short list.
I believe the Prodrive springs are Eibach, but are made to a Prodrive spec. The kit includes different front bump stops.
