Coilovers -your opinions please
I have read many posts on here regarding the knocking noise common on 05 models. My 05 WRX is now suffering from the same.
I intend to upgrade to coilovers to improve handling and get rid of the knocking.
What coil overs do people recommend?
Should I buy solid top mounts to cure the knocking?
I want to spend £800ish tops.
Thanks

For £800 you're probably looking at some japanese coilovers which will be Rock Hard!! Tried some Zeal one's before and they were terrible on the road, it was so uncomfortable to drive in....
However if you can spend some more I would recommend EXE-TC, I recently was passenger in a new 2.5 Forrester with this fitted and it was awesome! It felt very nice and not bumpy at all. On corners the car felt as if it was stuck to the road, no sign of body-roll and very sharp cornering....
I will be getting these myself in the next month or so.
