I have bought KYB AGX shocks and eibach springs do you re fit the spacer washer off the old set up , and does it go between the top spring locator plate and the top mount ??

I think the spacer washer actually sat on top of the small rubber which was slid over the shock . so the spring goes on then the small rubber then the washer then the shock plastic cover then the spring top plate then the top mount is this right ??
