Exclamation Help......yet another bearing!

Guy's,
I've owned my 52 Bug Eye STi Prodive for 9 months now and have replaced both front wheel bearings already. Whilst driving the car today it sounds to me like the front offside bearing is about to let go again..... it's only done 3000 miles since i had both the bearing AND hub replaced.
The car has been lowered on Tein springs so i understand that the stresses on bearings will be greater but this seems excessive!
Has anyone got an ideas as to why they're breaking so quick!!!!

Further to that, I've just moved to Potters Bar, Herts and so any advice on good garages/mechanics around here would be appreciated.

Help!!!!!!

Will

In my experience, bearings will fail very quickly if they are over tightened,
Is this a possibility in your case?

As above. The hub nut should be torqued to the correct setting or when it gets hot under load, it expands causing the individual bearings to overheat and fail.
