Default TOWING - Springs/helper Springs WRX 00 Wagon?

Hi All,

TOWING - Springs/helper Springs WRX 00 Wagon?

There is loads of great info on lowering kits etc..

I am new to the classic model and have just aquired an 00 WRX UK spec Sport Wagon to use as a support/tow vehicle for my modest little race team. The car came equipped with a tow bar and a very knackered set of rear springs. consequently it drags is back end along the ground if we go 4 up or put anything in the boot!

I am looking to replace the springs, all round if needed, with some standard height units OR perhaps fit an uprated set of lowering springs but also install some helper springs to bring the car back up in height at the back end to make towing practicle.

I was going to order some Faulkner Helpers with the plastic seats.

Has anyone any experience of this sort of thing.

Many thanks in advance. Malgrips
