Default Alignment/Tracking

Is wheel alignment the same as wheel tracking?

I would add:

Tracking is one element of Alignment.
You track the front and back seperatly, and the camber too.

On more modified systems you add caster and a few other bits as you have the adjustment facility which the stock system does not have.

Aligning for the road is quite different to that for a track (only) car.

You can align for both, but that will obviously be a compromise .
