Are you sure you need them?
Assuming you do I would buy the whole set (unless you have an ALK installed) and spend a hard weekend changing them all over.

I did this about 3 or 4 years ago.

If I were to change the bushes in one place it would be the lower front wishbone front bushes.

I did them on my M5..and it made a difference...but only had the fronts done..

I will be having the ALK installed...even though i have not idea what it does...

Stops the car resembling a speed-boat !
Keeps the nose down on acceleration, biggest difference for me is straight-lining heavily cambered roundabouts.... Obviously late on when the roads are quiet, the understeer and nose lift are just gone now. On track at the end of March so will see then !
