Default Perrin SLS kit

Perrin Subframe Lockdown System.

Has anyone fitted one of these kits to a Blobeye STI. I bought some suspension goodies recently so I'm looking to fit this kit myself. Is it a DIY job for an average mechanic .

Any help would be great.

Wolfie.

I was told that is doesn't really do alot on its own but when combined with other suspension mods you can tell the difference. It apparently firms up the rear subframe making it more ridged.

I bought it as was part of a deal I got with TSL.

Perrin rear anti roll bar and drop links fitted, PSRS (positive steering response system) to go on with the SLS kit then finally Prodrive springs .

this kit does the same as whiteline poly bush between the body and rear diff member.when you change gear quickly the complience bush allows too much movement upward causing thumping on the floor pan .we call the mod pineapples ,poly circles that take up the space to stop this happening .also helps the lateral +forward -rearward movement as well .worth while mod esp/for track cars ,it takes the load off other compenents in the rear suspension.(downside noise vibration and harshness may increase geo

Been to Nurnberg for 3 days!

I have the Whiteline kit that Geo refers to, and it certainly DOES work.
The violent rear diff movement will dissapear instantly.

It also stops the massive rear subframe assembly from quirming about which leads to some rear wheel steer under hard use (inc road use).
I felt changing ALL the rubber in the rear to polt bush stopped it all, but OTT for a raod car. For a track car esp on sticky tyres? A must do.

Cheap and dead easy to fit.

IMHO: Buy Whiteline.
