From a quick search on the net, it means there is a malfunction (is one of the corner motors being displayed?) or a wire is not connected.
"Self-checking/warning function
In the case where the EDFC does not function correctly (due to an overcurrent or detached wires, etc.), all three memory buttons will blink red with an alarm sound and an error indication displayed, and the driver can confirm the position of the malfunctioning motor on the screen."

It could simply be that the motor is trying to drive the damping adjuster but the adjuster is already at an end stop. I should imagine there is a reference you need to set in ie with motors detached, make the controller go to fully soft. Physically turn the adjusters by hand to fully soft and then fit the motors. From then on, the motorized adjusters shouldn't bind up (unless something has seized)

After you stop driving turn off on and drive a little again if it's back to normal you'll find its just a lose connection, dirt or something like that just get a specialist to check it over. It's very rare indeed you here of the Tein suspension (especially the flex) having an issue. I have seen it on mine where it indicates a fault. Then the next time I drive it's ok and doesn't show up again for months. Ive asked specialist to check and without a full overhaul they say it looks fine.
Out of interest what setting you run you tein on via the EDFC?
