Default whats the best hight and what arb to get

hi there what is the best ride hight for my bug eye sti as at the moment it's on spaxx collies and it's flat out as thats how i bought the cra so whats the best hight to rise it to as i want to fit a front and rear anti roll bar but can someone advise on whats the best front and rear anti roll bar?

Best ride height is between 1 and 1.5" below stock, any lower and you start messing the front geometry, raising the rear relative to the front (as per prodrive springs) reduces understeer as it inclines the roll line downwards more at the front.

the best set up is 22mm front 24mm rear with alloy d/links geo
