Question ZEAL COILOVERS HELP

Hi,i have a b4 rsk fitted with a Zeal coil over set up,the front has a loud banging when going over any type of bump,it would appear that i have no damping, looking at the strut it would appear it has adjustable height, also ther is a locking nut on the top on a splined nut,i presume this is hard/soft,i have also noticed a air type valve in the base of the strut. Can anybody help me with advice or a service centre sth london/surrey.

Never heard of Zeal so this could be the problem. I'm only posting so you don't think there's no-one here at all!

Hi,having a bit of a poke around today i have noticed there is no rubber in between the struttops and the inner wing, this cannot be right metal on metal in a suspension componant, are these a universal fitment rubber?does it have to be for the particular coilover fitted,i have Zeal with what i belive is called a pillow top,any help with finding the rubber strut-top mounting would be greatly appreaciated.
