Default Creaking/squeaking coilovers

I have fully adjustable Apex Gen II coilovers fitted to my car and the front-left one has started creaking and squeaking for the first few miles of a journey.

It doesn't do it after the first couple of miles and if I leave it stationary for a few hours,(stop at the shops, etc), it's fine when I get back in it, however it always does it first thing in the morning and after work.

Any ideas - leaking seal, dodgy spring, etc????

Also, is it easy to get them services/fixed?

Thanks in advance.

Grit between the top and bottom coils, clean with a paint brush then spray with wd40.
Or arb bushes, give them a good grease.
