Hi shawn, Frosty (imf1) has had them on his for the last year or so, very supple and well suited to our cr*ppy road surfaces.

just fitted the br series to my08sti

lowered it down to near the wheel arch all round set the dampers to 20 clicks probably a bit to firm may have to loosen them a few clicks very very firm ride and corners brilliantly, going to have the geometry rest on friday to suit and should be even better.

could probably feel a penny in the road if the dampers were at there hardest setting

I have the 6/5kg set up on a MY03 STi and they are great. I run about 8-10 clicks in getting to work mode. Then about 16-25 clicks for weekend country road thrashing!

I fitted them myself (on a ramp) and then had them set up @ Carnetix using there fancy laser machine! They are top people and even supply the Egg & Bacon roll for if you get there early!!

Its definately worth spending some time checking and double checking the ride height before you have the alignment done, as I lowered mine about 35mm from standard then had the alignment done but now I would like it lower but it involves having the alignment done again

In summary they are well worth it

I will say a few things here,

I fitted them myself drove the car around for a few days allowing time for the springs to settle down then checked the adjustments again.

Ride-Height was a pig to get right but i was happy in the end, I have had the laser geometry done today for a tarmac spec rally car and it handles superbly.

as to how low is entirly your choice i slammed mine to the floor as far as i dared go and it looks really good but yet still drivable everywere lol

heres a picture.

I have the 6/5Kg setup on my 03 WRX, set as low as I dare with the geometry being carried out at Powerstation.

I have just been visiting the inlaws on the Morray coast between Aberdeen and Inverness. The drive there was motorway/dual carriageway then lots and lots of 'propper' B roads visiting friends and taking my boy to a wildlife park near Avimore.

The dampers are set quite low at around 3 and 6 clicks, and I have to say that both myself and the missus were extremely impressed with the way the car handled and the overall ride comfort, especially when considering the cost of them.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending therm - a top product.
