Default geometry

Right! done lots of searching on geometry setup but im still none the wiser.
I have brought a set of coilovers from bren in the group buy along with a rear 24mm adjustable arb, rear powerflex drop links and rear camber bolts.
Can anyone help me with the geometry setup? A garage local to me has laser alignment but has asked me if i new the settings for fast road. Now after searching on here i have come across (i think) corradoboys settings that dunx has put up. Is it ok to use these settings or does each car vary due to different suspension driving style etc.
I have never got involved in suspension/geometry, i now no why.... can of worms comes to mind, so many different opinions. Please some one help.

thanks in advance

Depends on use and mileage, I do 6500 miles a year and have been known to track it, so a more aggressive set-up is on mine, for a road car corradoboy's settings should be fine.

I went for a bit more camber all round, and I'm now looking at the ride height and corner weighting.

-1.5 degress all round and zero toe front and back.
Easy and effective.
