lower brace's, bars etc opinions?
Hi, I'm on a quest to do all the cheap suspension/chassis mods, and wanted to know if the lower brace's, front and rear do anything? There are various types, but have no idea whether they are just bling or not?
Is there any other mods you'd recommend?
I have:
STi 6 dampers/springs
24mm rear/22mm front Whiteline ARB's
Solid rear drop links
Hardrace wishbone mounts
Rear Whiteline sub frame lock bolts
Rear Whiteline diff support bush's
Uprated pitch control/box mount rod
Thanks, Mit

Id also like to know whats good! id love a cage for rigidity but not sure wether to cage or brace up?
I posted up not too long ago about chassis stiffening
https://www.scoobynet.com/general-te...-handling.html
Also been looking into harness bars for front seats but not sure where to find one for a classic...these will no doubt stiffen up the chassic a tad. good position too if you think about it inbetween the 2 seat belt mounts
What ya think to them mit?

IMHO a H-brace may help, but a simple "bar" will do little.
I have a H-brace on mine, but the New-Age has a huge reinforcing beam at the front anyway.
HTH
dunx
P.S. Saw at least one on a classic at Scoobysprint on Sunday.
