Default Got my BC coilovers fitted, how do I......

........adjust the damping?

And am I right in thinking the instructions say to set them at their hardest and work back from that?

I haven't had 4-wheel alignment done yet, as I can't drive the 50 miles necessary until a week on monday, so any adjustments will need to be done then too.

TIA

OK, but HOW do you alter the damping? And will the springing make a difference to the damping required, mine are 5/4

Ah..............I have to say they were fitted for me and I've not been up to having a look. Will look tomorrow.
Do the rears have ***** on the top too? If so, are they inside the boot? Under the carpet/trim?

yeah rear will come from the seat belt area. remove back seat. Easy enough.

Bren can sort you out extenders for the rear, really easy to fit so u dont need to take the seat out every time to wanna stiffen it up

On the front is the adjuster on the top or bottom? It is on the bottom with the RM series.
