i went for the BRm wish id gone for the Rm as i do track work. BC very good! i went for the 6/5kg/mm spring rate and its spot on for a weekend/ track toy.
Its fine as my daily commuter too but i can imagine people doing serious miles would want something softer.
i would def go for 6/5 again as it suits my needs of daily driver, weekend toy and track weapon.

I fitted my BR's this morning, (5:4) but even though I much prefer performance over comfort as I only use the car normally on evenings and weekends I thought that I dont want to be unable to soften it enough for the spirrited country road blasts.
I Only tried them briefly on the softest setting (wanted to work my way up) with them at the same height they left the factory (i.e. a little too low).
I drove only a couple of miles on very smooth roads and they were giving a lot of "feedback" which was nice but it did rub on the plastic trim under the wheel arch spiritidly going around a roundabout , not too surprised though considering there was less than half an inch clearance at the front, so I will adjust both height and stiffness in the morning and give it a better, more spirrited test, but up to now I think 5:4 may be about right.
So glad I bought them though.
Compliment the ARB's and it doesnt point to the sky now when giving it the beans.

Yeah it doesn't see the track so wouldn't really be noticable TBH as its not driven at 10/10 ths for long on the road, the odd roundabout etc... plus I'd need to go into it a bit more if I could afford it with lighter wheels for example, these units felt lighter than the standard units I took off anyway (smaller springs and shorter overall length) so for the £640 odd I paid including the rear damper extenders I doubt there could be a better £/performance balance,
BUT I need to test them properly tomorrow to give a better "review"
A nice excuse for a run over the tops if nothing else.

I have the BR's on mine. Fitted them last weekend and they feel spot on. Great feedback regardless of road. You just need to play with the ride firmness to get what is right for you personally.
Haven't completely dropped it yet as going to let it settle in first.

I have the same but have done the bushes. The springs do settle in after a few hundrewd miles- now running mine stiffer on the dampers as springs have settled in.
