Question Cusco Solid Top Mounts

Can these be rebuilt or are new topmounts the only option? Mine have just been picked up as an asvisery on an MOT. I knew they were rattling a bit at the back, but I couldn't be assed before.

Can't imagine there's much that can be done with a worn "solid" mount. I've read somewhere that rose jointed drop links can get a bit noisy and still be serviceable so guess this thinking may apply to solid top mounts, after all it is only an advisory, surprised an ordinary MOT found it.
