Default Drop links

I have some rattles which I think are likely to be drop links. Can someone advise what is wrong with fitting original parts rather then aftermarket ?

Do people fit CDF or Whiteline because there is a difference? Or is it just to have those makes on their car ?

I'm interested to know before fitting new ones.

My car is an 03 Sti.

Thanks.

Aftermarket have uprated bushes, so offer increased responsiveness on roll bar movement and generally last longer and cost more

After market droplink are solid and stiffer than oe, so improve the feel and arb response.

They often just need a regrease and can make all sorts of noises if they go dry.
