Default Help identifying Bilstien coilovers

I have some bilstien coil overs fitted to my V2 RA, can anyone help identify them. I'm pretty sure they were on the car when it was imported, theyre a bit hard for road use. Can anyone advise if there's a softer spring that will also raise the ride height a bit? The only reference I can find is BSC34263 on a sticker on the lower leg. They are 50mm diameter, any info much appreciated.

They are coilovers so you can raise/lower the ride height to suit.
