The SIDC are pleased to announce that we will be present at the ThunderSunday show @ Rockingham Speedway.

Date: Sunday July 9th 2006

Venue: Rockingham Speedway, Corby, Northants

Admission: £15 on the day

The club has provisionally booked a 50 car space at this event.

Paul Cobb AKA greenlightracer has kindly offered his organisational services and will be the point of contact on the day.

As well as the club stand there will be an opportuntiy to "cruise" around the oval at lunch time... This is limited to the first 50 cars on the club stand.

I realise the World Cup Final is on this day i wasnt aware of this when sorting this out months ago but kick off is not till 6 or 7pm and our parade round the track is in the lunch interval so anyone can leave after that which gives plenty of time to get home for the footy final if you wanted too.

was there on SUnday and the ford escort cabriolet club were there some nice clean cars and shiny engine bays parked up with there bonnets up, not much noise though and they only had 16 cars , come on ! surely we can do better than them escorts ! ? ?
