Talking Carbonetic Twin & Triple Plate Clutches - Up To 1200bhp!!

Carbon Twin Plate
The Carbonetic Twin plate Carbon clutch is the most advanced twin plate available on the market today. Designed for high power vehicles over 500BHP, this clutch can handle anything that is thrown at it. The twin plate has two type of cover; Street type 1100KG cover holds up to 600BHP and 580 ft-lb of torque with a light pedal effort that almost an OE pedal feel.
The regular type 1350kKG cover holds up to 800BHP and 800 ft-lb of Torque with 40% stiffer pedal effort. The twin plate clutch is extremely easy to modulate in all conditions, this clutch is ideally suited to fast road, circuit race, rally and drifting applications.

Impreza GC8 - £2,200 inc. VAT

The Details
Superb heat resistance to withstand all extremes of motorsport, resisting temperatures of 2000c: Due to the high temperatures created from the friction on a clutch plates, you will find the performance decreases with metal sintered or organic clutch material. This is not the case with carbon/carbon, our clutch will not slip no matter how hot it gets, in fact due to the nature of the carbon the hotter it becomes the higher the torque value it holds.

Super light and strong Carbon discs produced by the non-mesh random weave technology: C/C composite is a material made from carbon fibre reinforced carbon matrix. Compared to other materials such as ceramics and metal, it is light and strong and can withstand temperatures over 2000℃ without any loss in performance.

Large carbon disk diameter of 230mm. Superior friction characteristics and excellent torque transfer: The large diameter clutch discs provide excellent power transfer with minimal loss, you will not find any slipping from our clutch. (make sure you choose the correct application for the power rating on your vehicle) The large diameter discs help minimise the heat build, allow for smooth, precise control of the clutch and weighs only 400g.

Engineered and manufactured in Japan with very strict quality control: All our clutches are designed andmanufactured in the heart of Japan; we do not outsource any of our materials or manufacturing process. You can guarantee the up most precision and quality.

Outstanding controllability in even the thickest of traffic congestions: Holding big horse power is not only the only key feature; the controllability of our clutches cannot be rivalled. Once the clutch is bedded-in, the feel is almost like an OEM clutch, you can modulate this clutch in all conditions, and unlike metal/sintered clutches the Carbonetic clutch does not have an on/off feel.

Faster gear changes due to decreased inertial weight: Compared to traditional metal clutches, the Carbonetic clutch is 25-30% lighter. The lightweight Carbon discs, allows for super quicker gear changes while preventing power loss, due to the overall lightness of our clutches synchronization is also enhanced.

Radical cost effectiveness in the long term: Carbon used to be thought as an expensive product used within a clutch and was only associated in F1 and other high end motorsports. Across shattered that image when the carbonetic clutch was launched, priced similar to other twin/triple plates on the market. The Carbonetic clutch is designed not only to be the best performing but most economical. Longevity is the key; they are designed to last for years, most seeing well over 50,000 miles and not even a hint of needing new carbon plates.

Carbonetic clutches do not require a warm up for regular driving: Common to popular belief, a carbon clutch needs to be warmed prior to driving. This is not the case with a Carbonetic clutch, from cold you can drive the vehicles normally and you won’t find out clutch slip at all.

Sorry mate, I try my best to return every call that's made where I can't give an immediate answer, as you can appreciate we receive and place hundreds of calls every week. If I missed you it was purely my mistake and unintentional.
