Default JAPFEST - 2014 Update.

JAPFEST - 10th May 2014 at Castle Combe Race Circuit.

CONVOY - The convoy will leave Magor Services at an un-godly hour to avoid the rush. Japfest is chuffing busy and we don't want to be stuck in the traffic jam that will build up later. It is the largest Japanese Car show in the UK and will be hugely well attended.

I will be looking to leave Magor no later than 0645 hrs.

TICKETS - As all the tickets are paid for and I have confirmation that these will be issued after the 23rd April, so we will miss the next meeting as an handout. Those attending will have to collect them on the morning of the event.

I have a list of reserves and any withdrawals will be allocated by ME. I will refund any individual costs and re-allocate the ticket.

I do not want another episode of muppets dragging the club name down with their antics on route to or at the event.

Just to let you know I no longer have the hatch I got fed up of driving watching the temp.gauge and worrying about the chocolate pistons in the 2.5 so I bought myself a 2012 Focus ST estate in tangerine scream plenty of go and enough toys to play with. So obviously is going to look a bit daft amidst all the subarus so let me know what you would like to do .I.m easy. Cheers

Nothing wrong with a Mini.

I agree with you Ian that we do not want a load of clowns invading the stand.

I hope to pop up too the next meet as I still maintain an interest in subarus always have and one day will be back in the seat but not in a 2.5 so I will be looking at something cheap to work on in my spare time.

Dave,

The tickets are for the car/individuals and not registration based.

Theo, you need a stand pass for our stand but these are pre-booked with the club tickets. Those attending will be collecting their tickets and passes on the day. With respect, I have no idea who you are and you have never attended a club meeting.

Sorry but you may try a local club who are around your area.

Do passengers in the vehicles on the stand have to pay to enter anyone? I can't remember if it's this show or another one

Looking at the website Club passes cover the car, driver and upto 3 passengers, think it is Rally Day where the passengers have to pay
