Default I'm back

We'll gents as some of you know I used to frequent the pages of sn for many years and after owning 4 scoops, 2green mica uk, 1 white type r and a black wrx ( sorry merv) the last one was 5 years ago now and I've been desperate for a descent car again. After being really disappointed for being let down about the ra that I got let down on I went on the search and thanks to Dave and Ian for bombarding me with prospects as of this week I now own this, I hope you like

Nice car Daz, the one thing I personally would be tempted to do is to change the front grille for the one off an STi or an aftermarket item perhaps in carbon fibre.

But they are very good cars and underestimated.

I didn't think it would be long until you started looking to modify it, all strictly necessary of course and the cost will be minimal (if she indoors doesn't know about the cost of these things).

That looks really clean and it's a great colour!! I had a 2010 one recently and drove it up to Brum to view a 'mint' V6 STi. That needed a nice exhaust as it was far too quiet, they do drive nicely fair play!!

Daz, they already have unequal length headers fitted, from what I know of the hatchback models you need to remove the resonator and change the rear silencer.

I would look out for the rear silencer designed for an STi, it will mean change the rear bumper lower valance I believe but you will get a quad pipe silencer to improve the look.

I think the Scorpion or the Prodrive items are supposed to be pretty good, there is a massive thread in the Member's Gallery which is dedicated to the hatchback models I would ask the question in there for a definitive answer.
