Ok, Myself and a couple of the evo guys on the MLR are organising a small gathering next weekend in cardiff. Basically its just to show off the cars down the main street (St marys Street)in the evening and pose and maybe pull up and have a chat etc, kind of a mini cruise if you like. You guys are more than welcome to come down and chill. Its not this weekend mind its next weekend. Dont know if it will be any good but a few cars will be there. What you all think??? The more the better.

My mate has opened a shop called Media World on City road, sells consoles, pc,s car stereo, wheels etc and I am sure I can get him to open late

Sounds good mate. So you actually mean we could go there and maybe meet up? Let us know whether you could sort it out. Not to sure whos coming and how many to be honest. So Sammyh is coming, (hopefully) anyone else? Its nothing too big, just a laugh etc etc, whatever anyone wants to do. Comeone guys.

Weldone Sammyh. I hope your mate doesnt mind quite a few coming to his shop.
Fingers crossed, Promax motorsport from swansea may also come. If you havent read on MLR site, they prep rally cars and they may bring one of their toys along.

Well we havent decided on the times and dates but how does next saturday sound. (Thats the 21 st dec). Im not sure if there is enough space sammyh on city road for us to meet so what about windsor place? It is quite open and there should be plenty of places to park up and nose about. we can always take a trip round the corner to your mates shop. Times??? Well, evening job methinks. Bout 7 or 8 ish. Up to you guys. Bring your 22B down chelle. I just hope its a nice evening for us.

My car wont be done by then so i'll have to give it a miss 
The engines comming out on Monday along with the gearbox. The cheek is though that they say they have too strip the engine to see if whats failed is under warranty. Howso CVC? I thought that when you buy a Subaru approved car its got extended warranty which lasts a full year from the date of purchase! I just think they are being majorly awkward. I dont understand how they can say that when things like brakes and pads, exhaust and stuff like that are not covered for obvious reasons. But surely the engine is i mean ffs what kind of service and aftersales care are they providing me with? The car is over the service interval by 2000 miles but i thought it was 10,000 miles per service, silly me i suppose but we all make mistakes, live and learn now i suppose, but surely a little forgiving attitude would be in order given the time of year!! This has really made my christmas.

Its easy to say that, but they have me over a barrel. They can just turn around and say that they arent covering it as its out of service interval regulations. If they're being awkward about the problem i would imagine that when they know whats wrong with the engine they'll be awkward about the warranty too.
I spent £17,500 with CVC in april and was going to change the car as soon as i could for a newer one. All this has chenged that now as i'll probably have a bill for a new engine!

£35??? you've been ripped off - a local hand wash near me will do a full valet for £20 - then again I do know them pretty well. 
Always good for when I am feeling too lazy to wash the car myself.

Right guys, the meet has been changed a bit earlier now. Its still on Sat but at around 6ish at windsor place in cardiff. Hope thats cool. A few of us may also go out into town after so your all more than welcome. No presure though . Would love it if some of you guys could make it and have a chat.

(Refer to Legacies mapYou will be coming in to the map probably from the right to left.Thats the easiest way.
Windsor place? Right. Go up through newport road into cardiff then you come to a long straight. At the end to your left is the bank (Barcleys i think!) then legal and general then the prison, then you come to a set of traffic lights right under a railway bridge. From here you can see down into the shopping centre of town (Queen street). You turn a long right corner then its the first left right next to Sainburies by the (Giant P), right opposite the multi-story carpark and bus shelters. You go down that little alley for about into 50m then into a bigger car park and thats it. Its easy honest. I will be parked round where all those little numbers are. Is that abit better guys? If not then we could always meet at the bottom of newport road in Maccy D's or something
