Yea it sure does, have you bought that car recently from a guy who got a civic type R. I don't know the car but a fella who used to have a white scooby now has a civic just wondering thats all. Do you go on any meets at all up north or don't bother. I'm looking forward to meeting up with other scoobs at some point, maybe we could arrange something. I'm going for my first M.O.T tommorow up in Abergele do you service there.

reason for this post is to see if we have enuff scoobynetters here to organise some kind of meet coz the north wales scene seems to be quite dead. i frequent meets in the northern section.

im on the north wales coast, nr llandudno.
my mate in denbigh has a type-r coupe. another person i spoke to in denbigh has an impreza saloon. also a few bug-eye models in rhyl. a classic shape wrx in llandudno.
theres a few imprezas in rhuthin, a few in wrexham, a mate steve in chester, many more in chester.

theres quite a lot really, dont think they use scoobynet though

So what do you think the chances are of getting a meet together soon then, there seems a few people about with scoobs up you way anyway i know of a couple down here (not on scoobynet though)Iv'e been chatting on here with the fella from Denbigh.Try and get hold of a few lads and see what happens ehh

Mine's just a 1.6 GL but I'm in North Wales
Not far from Rhyl. Silver MY95 wagon, but hardly anyone returns the waves to a lowly GL
I'm at uni in Sheffield most of the time, but post up here if a meet gets arranged and I'll try to make it.

I got mine of Rob from MRO scooby styling what a cracking fit and great quality, go and have a look at his site www.mroscoobystyling.co.uk, or better still as you travel to Manchester pop in and see him he's only in Frodsham, Runcorn on your way, he has a great looking scoob too, tell him James told you about him unless you already know about him.Drop me an e-mail if you want more info and we will have to meet up soon. The Midlands section are doing a run up here at the end of January i have been in contact with them so will let you know if you are interested and anyone else you know fancys it.

a greddy elec AFR, greddy mid section and lightened pulleys fitted at the mo.

will be visiting well lane 4 end of the month just to join in the crowd as i know a number of the scoobs running.

if i remember correctly, last dynoed at PE about 315-320bhp, cant remember torque figures but I'm sure the previous owner will post if he sees this.

mods- turbo from 22b, blitz filter and hks drager. can't wait to get the car out for a spin in about 2-3weeks.

next meet, maybe. quite tempted to organise a run in north wales as i think we have the better roads, even EVO mag uses them for their tests and shoot! i think the A5 or roads around anglesey and betwys-coed or even llanberis would be fun.

I'm over on Anglesey, had my RB turbo wagon just over a week and loving every minute of it! Seen quite a few others about round the Bangor area, guy in a dark grey RB5 looking Scoob always waves.

i try to wave as much as possible but usually flash coz i'll be driving in the slow lane. i'm the notorious tunnel racer (only exceed speed limit in the tunnels to enjoy the amplified boxer sound).

otherwise, i drive like a granny after a slight commotion with the heddlu 2 yrs ago. keeping clean now even when goaded by those llandudno junction or caernafon boy racers.

anyway, north wales has really cool roads to drive around.
