Rang, "Swansea" Subaru today for a quote for service on my bugeye. The lady said sorry, i'll just check, but I don't think we service Subaru's! She came back to me and said, no they couldn't get all the necessary parts so they weren't servicing Subaru's yet!!!

Surely something like that should be reported to Subaru themselves........
they are loosing so much credability (if they had any)

Apparently they get there licence or whatever they are after in about 2 weeks.
I know when they have it I am gonna take my car somewhere else to be serviced still

Its a joke over there. They thought a P1 was an import.
Surely its about time we had a dealership in Swansea that actually knows something about Scooby's and not just some company trying to make money...

Yeah - that was mine 
It's a bit dirty at the mo but all my cleaning stuff including pollish is in storage
(not thats its been dry enough to polish a car in ages anyway!!!)

Took my car there before with a view to getting them to recharge my air con. He didn't know where the air con recharge points under the bonnet were at first! I drove away quickly!

Grrr - called in last month to get some touch-up paint and was told they aren't doing parts and servicing yet, as they're not yet signed off by Subaru. "Come back in January".
So called in yesterday to ask about a part price, and was told that they can't do Subaru parts and servicing yet - come back in March!
FFS, they've had Subaru signs up there since about July or August last year if I recall correctly, and they still can't bloody do PARTS?! God knows what they'll be like if they ever DO start doing scooby stuff....
